As required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a 6.25% sales tax will be added to all in-state sales unless we have been provided with a valid Tax Exempt Certificate. Out of state sales are subject to any local tax regulations.

All orders are FOB Wakefield, MA. Shipping procedure will be by our best judgement if not specified by the customer. Shipping options include UPS, truck freight, United States Postal Service, overnight delivery or by local courier. Please specify any preferences you may have at the time of placing your order.

Most orders are shipped the same day. In the unlikely event that the item you need is not in stock, we can generally fulfill your order within 10 days.

​Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorization. We accept returns and exchanges of eligible new, unused products in store or by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping and return labels. A restocking fee of 20% of the product price applies. Refunds are issued the same day we receive the authorized returned goods; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Laws pertaining to critical application fasteners may prevent us from accepting returns. Open-box items, special orders and cutting tools cannot be returned.
