Our parent company; The R.Y. Ferner Company is celebrating it's 170th year in business this year, having been incorporated in 1851.
90 years ago in 1931, The R.Y. Ferner Company was the first company to import metric hardware into The United States.
In the year 1971 The R.Y. Ferner Company created a new division dedicated exclusively to Metric Fasteners and Cutting Tools. Metric Screw and Tool Company is New England's first and largest all Metric hardware and It is hard to believe that we are celebrating our 50th Birthday!
