DIN 14441 locking manifold nuts are copper plated steel lock nuts designed for exhaust manifold, engine, automotive, industrial and high-heat fastening applications. The copper plated finish helps provide corrosion resistance and improved serviceability in areas exposed to heat, vibration and repeated temperature cycling.
These metric locking manifold nuts are made with a reduced wrench size across the flats, making them useful where standard hex nuts may be too large for tight engine-bay or manifold locations.
Available sizes include M8 and M10.
- M8 DIN 14441 locking manifold nuts are 12mm across the flats.
- M10 DIN 14441 locking manifold nuts are 14mm across the flats.
DIN 14441 manifold lock nuts are commonly used for exhaust manifold repair, manifold stud replacement, automotive restoration, engine hardware service and maintenance applications where vibration resistance and heat exposure are concerns.
